Cheer, Soccer & Peter Piper Pizza-Our Saturday!

The twins in the monster truck. Mikaila, Ash, & Quinn
Saturday Mikaila had cheer at 9 a.m. and Quinn had his soccer game at 10:00. Grandma Donna came to watch Mikaila and stay for Quinn's game too. Aunt Shawnie, Kate, & Justin also came for Quinn's game-he had a big smile when I told him! Mikaila is cute doing her little cheers.
Quinn's team won 4-0, so they have won one and lost one. Soccer may not be my first choice when it comes to sports, but it's actually fast paced and fun to watch! I still have flashbacks of playing soccer when I was in 2nd grade, and got the wind knocked out of me, and I also jammed my finger and needed a splint. You're hot stuff when you get an injury at that age. :)
After they were both done, we took the kids to Peter Piper by our house. It had been forever since we had been there (prob. over the summer was the last time. I honestly forget that it's so close sometimes. They had fun, and the little guys enjoyed playing in the play area!! The usual million tickets for a spider ring, a tootsie roll, and slinky that breaks after 5 minutes of playing with it!
That's not the point though, having fun memories as a family definately IS.

Twins' Three Year Well Check

Mmmmm......
Daddy & Cam

Daddy telling Camden that everything will be o.k.

Casey (red) & Cam waiting to be called.

Mommy & Camden

Today, Joel and I took the boys for there three yr. check up. They both were 33 lbs. and Camden was a little over an inch taller than Case. We still take the kids to their Dr. on T-bird even though were quite a ways from there. I really like there Dr.-he's a character! They picked out there Elmo and Diego stickers and we were done-no shots, whew!

We took them through the car wash, which can be very exciting when you see a bunch of pink milkshake stuff squirting on to the car! One clean van (or at least the outside) and we then took them to Micky D's for an early lunch. They are quite the little boys. :)

Helping Mommy....

"Helping" me paint.

Well, between being sick for about a week, getting some painting done, and getting ready for the boys' birthday party I haven't had a whole lot of extra time. Today of course is St. Patrick's Day and three years ago today, two little boys were born! It's amazing how far they have come since the NICU days.
We celebrated Quinn and the twins b-day this past Sunday and it was crazy but alot of fun! I thought since we have a nice size backyard, that he could just invite his whole class. Wow! Lots of boys showed up, I think next year, I'll let Quinn just pick his best buds to come. Both Quinn and the twins got so many nice things and Quinn is in "Lego Heaven" right now!!! The weather I thought was perfect and just an all around great day!
The kids are on spring break this week and getting some overnighters in with cousins and friends. Both Mikaila and Quinn just started their spring activities last weekend. Quinn didn't win his soccer game, but it was close 3-1. Mikaila cheers for the flag football players at the same fields where big brother is at playing soccer. It's just a bunch of girls 7-9 years old, having fun and being silly out there.
Life is great!
